Questions About Mindfulness & Mind Matters
Mind Matters is a research-based curriculum developed by Dr. Carolyn Curtis that is specifically designed to help those who have been impacted by adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). The curriculum specifically addresses the inherent and long-lasting effects produced by instances of abuse and neglect.
